a night to remember

This artwork is created through deconstructive montage, a  collating images and manipulating them into things that are not real to the human eye. The work is based on Indonesian connotations such as "green table" which translates to courtroom. These metaphors are referred to a false conviction case of corruption in 2012.

As the politics grow in Indonesia, this anecdote is meant to criticise the false accusations that have been happening over the years in the country.

MORE

"Office Mouse":
People who work in a government, state or private institution.

One dollar:
As inflation rises, some people find difficulty living through the economic conditions in the country.

Play board:
The whole concept of the anecdote is to portray the feeling of betrayal from the conviction. Hence, the game board brings the essence of "being played over" again and again from the addiction of time.

As a person who grew up without siblings, I aim to build a community for those who are going through the same experience. This editorial piece is a project based in Melbourne with research from Indonesia. Creating a book that guides on ways to build "only-child" groups, implements the current human-centred design problem.

Everything is made for everyone in the modern world. I target to bring sisterhood to those who grew up without one.

As the world grows within social-economic issues, the United Nations created 17 goals of Sustainable Development with 169 targets and 191 UN members by 2030. Save it for Later is an editorial piece created to bring awareness towards a specific target audience, teenagers, about mindful eating. In a country where resource are decreasing, it is important to bring awareness towards saving food for the future.
